Step 1 - Create a Folder

So that your artwork is not confused with anyone else's we ask you to create a folder (directory) on your computer with a specific name.  The File Names page has guidelines for naming this folder. This folder will hold all of your label design files.

Step 2 - Get the Necessary Files

For us to work with your design you will need to provide all of the necessary files.  Visit the Supported Applications page for a list of files to include.  Please include only those files needed to produce your labels.

Step 3 - Compress the Folder

To expedite your label order and ensure that your digital artwork gets to us quickly and intact we ask that you compress the folder you have created into a single file.

The File Compression page has information on file compression, file compression software and links to step by step instructions on how to compress your label design folder into a single file.  There are step by step instructions for both the Macintosh and Windows 9x/NT.
