The InstantLabel.com web site was developed by Label Art of California,
Inc. to sell high quality, short run, 4-color process labels over the
Internet. When you purchase labels on the InstantLabel.com web site
you are purchasing labels from Label Art of California.
Day One
You Place Your Order with InstantLabel.com

Label Art of California Receives Your Artwork.

on how to send your artwork. Work cannot begin work on your labels
until we have received your artwork.
Day Two
Order Confirmation
When Label Art of California has received your order and artwork your
order will be ready to process. An order confirmation will be
sent within one business day from the date your order is ready to process.
The confirmation will list the exact amount that will be charged to
your credit card.
If California Sales Tax applies
to your order it will be listed on the order confirmation.
Review your order confirmation carefully. Be sure the order quantity,
shape, size, shipping method and address are correct. Contact
us immediately if you wish to make any changes or corrections to
your order.
Production Begins
Your Artwork is prepared for printing by our graphics department.
Day Three
- A proof is e-mailed or faxed or to you.
- Label Art receives your approved proof.
Please review the proof and fax it back immediately. Until we
have your signed proof approval your label order is placed on hold.
In order to guarantee seven business day turnaround on your order we
need your proof approval within 24 hours.
Days Four through Six
- Your labels are printed.
- Your labels are reviewed by quality control.
- Your labels are packaged for shipment.
Day Seven
- Your credit card is charged.
- Your order is shipped.
