The following instructions are for using Aladdin Systems' compression
software DropStuff. It is assumed that you have DropStuff
installed. It is also assumed that you have created a folder with
all the files necessary to
create your labels and that you have correctly named
the folder.
Drag and Drop
Drag your label design folder onto the DropStuff icon. DropStuff
will then compress the entire folder and create a file with the same
name as your folder and the extension ".sit".
The following instructions are for using Nico Mak Computing, Inc.'s
compression software WinZip.
It is assumed that you have WinZip installed. It is also assumed
that you have created a folder with all the files
necessary to create your labels. Please review the file naming
requirements before continuing.
Step 1 - Drop
Drag your label design folder onto the WinZip icon. The WinZip
add window will open. Click New.

Step 2 - Name the File
In the New Archive window enter the name and select the location for
your new zip archive file to be stored. Then click OK.

Step 3 - Add
After clicking OK on the New Archive window you will return to the
Add window. Click Add.
Step 4 - Exit WinZip
Click on the File Menu and choose Exit.
The contents of the label design folder you dropped on the WinZip icon
has been compressed into a file with the name you entered above.
The new file has the extension ".zip".
